Pour faire un top 10 , il lui faut à la fois faire 2 h 50 et que devant ils soient une quinzaine en plus de 3 heures ... wait and see.

Vanhoenacker looks really good

In Austria earlier this year, Vanhoenacker rode 4:21 and then started the run at sub-2:45 pace before blowing up at about 27km of the marathon.
He still ran 2:54 ... so it wasn't too much of a blowup!
He's gaining time rapidly on Sindballe and is now less than six minutes down.
