It's not looking easy, but she's smiling and running very well here as she runs along the River Main.

She's not too happy with the camera bike that's been right next to her for a while on the run here, we're guessing.

For a Brett Sutton trained athlete, Wellington holds her arms pretty high as she runs, but she's showing the same quick form here today that we saw in Kona last October -- where she went under three hours for the marathon.

Je la trouve impressionnante en cap chrissie... L'impression d'une solidité terrible et qu'elle pourrait passer à travers n'importe quoi...

llanos a l'air de lacher

Macca breaks away
Chris McCormack has made a move as he starts the third lap of the run here. He went through 21km in 6:34:04, which means he needs to run a half-marathon in under 1:26 to break the eight-hour barrier today -- which looks quite do-able for the world champ.

Llanos is about 10 m behind the Aussie right now.

Pour ma part je fais 11ème à l'aquathlon de Cagnes sur mer et mon filleul est qualifié pour l'X-Terra de Maui (à 18 ans il fait 34).... belle journée !

Moi c'était pour vous. En général les gens sont contents de ne pas avoir à faire les manips.
Mais il faut toujours des grincheux., alors ciao je te laisse les informer.

oh allez la tortue, arrête pas de nous tenir informer, c'était sympa !
ils en sont ou la ? macca et llanos toujours en tête ?

je ne sais plus qui parlait des joues anormalement grosses des coureurs cyclistes, mais quand je vois la gonz en tete à francfort...
