Finally, good news. Great even. First of all, Challenge Barcelona has wavered its opportunity to give any response to my registered mail. That, in itself, is neither good nor bad news, but it doesn't present their case as a particularly strong one. Still, I want to push it further. I'm taking this to court and I'm filing for an official rehabilitation. No more, no less. In the mean time, I have successfully taken steps to have some people removed from Facebook for slander. And we're still proceeding to have the same people removed from a number of other networks. Networks that are deontologically speaking - less controlled than Facebook, unfortunately, so that outcome is still unsure. The last bit of good news, I got from my lawyer, Mr. Van Heuverzwyn, who has just informed me that one of Belgium's two top sport lawyers (most of you can guess his name or google him) has taken a keen intrest in my case. As for training and racing ... for the time being, I'm sticking to my intentions of abandonning triathlon until I got this thing cleared. I will be running and cycling, though. I'm looking to improve my 2:41 marathon PB and I will be focussing in Time Trial racing and possibly some road racing, next season.

PS: Pour ceux qui ne causent pas ingliche... Superman dit qu'il a des bonnes nouvelles voire même très bonnes, sauf qu'à la ligne suivante il dit qu'en soi, ce ne sont ni des bonnes nouvelles, ni des mauvaises nouvelles

Après, il dit qu'il veut aller plus loin dans son combat, qu'il va aller jusqu'à la cour de justice traîner son cas pour plaider une réhabilitation officielle...pis il s'arrache pour faire supprimer les comptes facebookiens de gens qui l'auraient calomniés, de même que sur d'autres sites communautaires sauf que c'est moins contrôlé... Il ajoute que son avocat lui a dit que deux avocats spécialisés dans les affaires sportives se sont penchés sur son cas... Il conclut en disant qu'en attendant, il reste sur son intention d'abandonner les tris jusqu'à ce que l'affaire ait été éclaircie, mais qu'il va quand même continuer de courir et rouler, pis chercher à améliorer ses 2h41 au marathon et se concentrer sur des CLM et peut-être des courses sur routes à la saison prochaine...
